
Here's an image gallery with some screenshots: If I've replaced the original model with a different one, does that mean I have to redo the animations/rigs?

When I tested different ways to export the model, I found that if I didn't include the joint in my export, it works, but of course, the model won't have any animations. The broken model does contain the animation file though. I used the game exporter to export the whole file at first and it worked fine except for some missing polygons, but when I go to export the same thing again with changes to the model (I've unbinded the skin and rebinded it), the model that appears in Unity looks like it has collapsed into itself, no longer looking like the original model.

I'm desperately trying to get my rigged character to work with a test animation.
